I've spent over a decade in the fitness industry helping people improve their health, fitness and confidence. After completing the FLF Internship in 2019, I built my coaching working with clients of every background and ability — and earned a reputation for a supportive, results-driven approach.
I've worked with everyone from complete beginners taking their first steps to experienced trainees chasing the next level, and helped transform hundreds of people through personalised programming, high coaching standards and a real focus on technique. No. Most of my clients start as complete beginners. The plan is built around your current level, not anyone else's — and everything is explained clearly so you're never left guessing.
You get a personalised training and nutrition plan through an app, weekly check-ins, and direct message access to me. It's the same coaching as in-person, just on your schedule.
1-to-1 means I'm with you in the gym for every session. Online gives you the full plan and accountability at a lower price point. Plenty of clients combine both.
Most clients notice changes in 4–6 weeks. Visible transformations typically take 12 weeks of consistency. I'll be honest with you about realistic timeframes for your goal.
I build nutrition guidance around foods you actually enjoy. No bland chicken and rice plans you'll quit in a week.
No. Your training programme is built around what you have access to — full commercial gym, home setup with minimal kit, or anything in between. If you train at home, your plan reflects that.
Yes, within reason. Tell me about it at the consultation and I'll adapt the programme. For recent or serious injuries I'll ask you to get the all-clear from a physio first.
